Playters Father was Sir William Playters who sat on the Suffolk Committee raising funds for the Parliamentary army. Playters compounded for his delinquency in December 1644 when it appears the Regiment may have disbanded. Some officers transferred to Colonel Waldgraves Regiment of Horse and Captain Warner is listed under Waldgraves Regiment as well as Heveringham in Symonds muster (CHECK DATE),who had to take a demotion due to the Sargeant Majors position already being taken.
