Service History

- October: Apparently around Oxford
Notes
A very shadowy unit, might not have existed as a regiment. Dyer is described as Captain of a troop by a Parliamentarian source. John Tapping claimed to be Major but in truth is noe soldier and had a reputation for robbery.
Perhaps linked to Colonel Edward Dyer's Regiment of Horse and / or Sir Edward Stawell’s Regiment of Horse
