- August to November 1648: Garrison of Bog of Gight Castle (det under Maj Tours)

- May: Pitscottie opposes the Engagement and resigns, replaced by as Colonel by Tours
- September: Pitscottie leads a contingent of Whiggamores, quartering them in Edinburgh
- September: Both Enagagers and Whiggamores disband after the Treaty of Stirling

- February: Pitscottie commissioned colonel to raise the regiment anew in Fife and Kinross
- May to Spring 1650: In garrison at Perth

Coats, Flags & Equipment
Colours captured at Dunbar and tentatively identified as Pitscottie's were yellow with a black saltire. Devices in gold included a star; martlet; ring; fleur de lis. The inscription read Couanant for Religion King and Kingdomes.1)
