This suggests that we may be maybe dealing with two different regiments. In fact it appears Grey took over [[parliamentarian:foot-regiments:thomas-rainsborough|Colonel Thomas Rainsborough’s Regiment of Foot]] and that Spring is mistaken in giving this to Col James Grey)
