Humphrey Mackworth
Humphrey Mackworth Genealogy link was appointed governor of Shrewsbury from 1645 and likely raised his regiment thereabouts. He died in 1654 and was, at first, buried in Westminster Abbey until his remains were ejected by the order of Charles II.
