Waller's dragoons carried a set of yellow guidons differenced by black plates (gunstones)2). Illustrated above is Capt William Turpin's guidon. Waller's own troop perhaps carried a plain yellow guidon. The guidons were:

- 2 plates: Capt. John Clerke's
- 3 plates: Capt. Nicholas Moore's
- 4 plates: Capt. John Bennett's
